All cancellations MUST be made by contacting us using our email. An administration fee of $100 will be deducted from all refunds. There will be no refunds after January 1st.

Travel details, including hotel resort information and rental car links, are included in your registration confirmation email.

While shuttle service is available, a rental car is recommended to provide flexibility for off-site dining, activities, and exploring the island at your own pace.

Discounted on-site self-parking is available for registered course attendees.

We also share recommended local activities and experiences for each host island, so you can make the most of your time outside the course.

Dress is resort casual for the course and social events. You may want to bring a light sweater or jacket for the conference room as the air conditioning works extremely well. Flip-flops, shorts, and Aloha shirts are the norm!

Lecture slides will be available for download during each presentation and will remain accessible for three months following the course.

Access details, including the URL and password, will be provided upon on-site arrival.

Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available throughout the meeting space. As this is a paperless course, we recommend bringing a digital device such as a laptop or tablet to view and download lecture materials.

Step-by-step details on the credit process, including required evaluations, claim instructions, and submission deadlines, will be included in the Course Program, which is available to registered attendees and provided at the beginning of the course.

All CME and certificate-related actions are completed online.

The full course agenda is available online and is typically published six months before the course.

Breakfast and coffee are provided each morning on scheduled course days. Lunch availability varies by day and, when provided, is clearly noted within the agenda.

Discounted registration rates are available for fellows and for Surgeon + GI partners attending from the same organization.
